The ‘Perform an Action’ category in the report tabs allows you to look over the most recently sent confirmation emails, as well as manually send out schedules to your sitter.
While you will always be able to send or resend confirmation emails from the ‘Manage Appointment’ Screen, you can also send them out in groups using this page. Simply select your choices: Do you want to:
- Send confirmation emails based on the appointment start date?
- Send confirmation emails based on the end date of an appointment?
- Include recurring appointments?
After you’ve made your selection and chosen how many days before or after the current date, hit search to see which appointments fall into these rules.
To send or resend the confirmation, just select the check boxes for those you’d like to send and click ‘Submit Checked Items’.
PPS will send out a Nightly schedule automatically if a Sitter’s profile is indicated to receive one, but if you don’t want to take advantage of that feature or are looking to see a sitter’s specific schedule over a date range, you can manually send out schedules to your choice of sitters.
Just enter in your date range, select your sitters that you’d like to generate the schedule for, and make sure to indicate at the bottom if you’d like your sitter to recieve that schedule or not.
